Baroque delivers a melting pot of flavours and aromas, encompassing a marriage of traditional South American wood fired cooking, alongside the subtlety of layered spices from Europe to the Middle East. 


Our classically trained chef-owner, Mark Stout, has an immense passion for experimentation; resulting in the curation of new and exciting dishes. Baroque’s unique offering is a revelation for food art & street food inspired cuisine in Dorset and beyond. With culinary creativity at our heart, we believe it is paramount to use produce from local businesses; whilst sourcing our essential spices from cultures spanning across the globe.


With inspirations dating back to the Orient, the Ottoman Empire and our own Baroque opulence, we bring you our take on the spice trail.
